Report a concern
We welcome your feedback and aim to address any complaints or concerns promptly. There are a number of ways to do this:
- contact your health care provider if your concern relates to information in your record from the facility they work from
- call our Service Centre on 1800 75 22 66
- email us at info@healthelink.nsw.gov.au
- write to us at Locked Bag 5086, Parramatta CBD Business Centre, Parramatta, NSW, 2124
- raise your concerns with the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC). The HCCC is an independent statutory body that investigates complaints about health care in New South Wales www.hccc.nsw.gov.au
- if your concern is about privacy, you can ask for an internal review under the Health Records and Information Privacy Act from the health care facility that treated you or from Healthelink or you can contact the NSW Privacy Commissioner www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/privacynsw
A complaint received by Healthelink may be investigated by the Health Care Complaints Commission; referred to another body or person for investigation; referred for conciliation with the complainant’s permission; or referred to the Director-General of NSW Health.
