1	Providers will preserve the confidentiality of all personal information according to standard clinical practice.
2	Providers will ensure any information manually added is appropriate and in line with standard clinical practice.
3	Providers are required to notify Healthelink should they make a decision that a young person has capacity to manage their own electronic health.
4	Providers will not share passwords and Healthelink reserves the right to deny access if there have been allegations about misuse.
5	Providers accept than an audit trail of provider access is automatically generated and able to be viewed online by authorised users.
