Participating facilities
At the moment the following facilities are participating in the Healthelink pilot. The table below will be updated as new facilities commence participation or as the type of participation changes, for example when an organisation commences viewing Healthelink records.
Facilities can participate in Healthelink in different ways.
Enrolment Point
If not already enrolled, eligible individuals will be added (enrolled) into Healthelink automatically as a result of attending 'enrolment point' facilities. Individuals will be provided with a brochure explaining Healthelink when they attend an 'enrolment point facility'. A newly enrolled record is not available to any healthcare provider for 30 days after creation to allow time for the individuals to decide whether they wish to participate.
Contribute Information once enrolled
After individuals are added into Healthelink, attending any of the facilities in the 'contribute information once enrolled' column will result in information being added into their Healthelink record.
View Healthelink
The facilities in the 'view Healthelink' column have clinicians that may be viewing Healthelink records when they provide healthcare to individuals.
Note that community centre healthcare is often provided at home and so the 'facility' where enrolment occurs or where information is added may be the individual's home.
